Flo McDonald

Family Advocate

Before beginning her career at DCI, Flo was an 8th-grade science teacher at Weldon Middle School and then transitioned into the position of Youth Service Behavioral Specialist at a Juvenile Detention Center. She is excited about becoming an active and engaged member of the Durham Community and being allowed to impact the lives of children and their families is a big success for her. Flo has earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice Management from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
