COVID-19 Survival Guide
This guide was created by student leaders participating in DCI’s Youth Leadership Council (YLC), a year-round health and leadership program for students in elementary, middle, and high school.
In summer 2020, a cohort of middle and high school students met for six weeks to learn about myths surrounding COVID-19, how to stay safe, and to have discussions with local health professions, activists, and lawmakers about the public health crisis.
As a final project, YLC students created this guide to share with community members. It includes original essays, poetry, artwork, recipes, and COVID-19 resources. Click the image to download the guide or click here.
